Previously we captured our travels on Travel Pod, but when the site closed we migrated to Travel Ark – a digital liferaft – which enabled us to keep most of our travel blogs in tact. We’ve still got some work to do, so over the coming months we’ll be updating our Travel Ark space as well as this WordPress site.

For me Travel Ark is more of a repository – and a great resource – to look back over a journey or trip in chronological order. As a WordPress blog site, Hudsons Travel, displays the latest posts first – which is ideal for bloggers with avid followers – but not really for us. So we’ll probably end up posting and then creating a page for each trip! Our most recent trip to Iceland was rather short so we created a page for the trip rather than post a daily blog.
